+2 prenatal visits to get to know one another and discuss how we can work together to help you achieve the birth you envision

+Lifetime access to the Unmedicated Academy, a virtual, self-paced childbirth ed that covers everything for you to have an empowered birth

+Virtual support from the time of hire to check in, provide resources and walk with you through pregnancy

+Referrals to perinatal professionals as needed

+Continuous emotional and physical support throughout the duration of your labor (and for your partner, if applicable)

+In-home postpartum visit within the first few days after birth

+Lactation support for first latch after birth plus four weeks of unlimited, on-going virtual support

**Optional add on photography services for $700

This package includes:

+1 prenatal visit to discuss your vision for photos as well as what ti expect from me during your labor, birth and postpartum

+On call from 38 weeks of pregnancy

+Up to 100 high resolution images delivered within a month of your birth

+Photos of your labor, birth and up top 2 hours after birth

$2000 investment for standalone birth photography ($700 for doula birth clients)

My goal is to keep the household calm and quiet and to facilitate you getting as much sleep and rest as possible.

This includes:

+Support with lactation & feeding

+8 hour in-home support, 1-3 nights per week (or more if I bring in a doula partner)

+I take care of changing and soothing baby so you can sleep as much as possible

+Referrals to perinatal professionals as needed

$70/hr

I am a trained lactation and feeding specialist, well-versed in common feeding challenges. We’ll work together to meet your goals and ensure that you and your baby are thriving. This includes:

+One 90 minute in-person support session

+4 weeks of unlimited virtual support

+Referrals to perinatal professionals as needed

A Mother’s Blessing is a communal ceremony that invites a woman’s village to hold and celebrate her in the becoming of a mother. Gathering in circle together is a potent way to anchor the personal experience of gestating and birthing a baby. It also invites a woman’s community to witness her in the transition from maiden to mother or further into motherhood. It is through ceremony that we remember where we have come from - honoring our maternal lineage and both the collective and individual paths that have brought us to this moment in time.  Both in the intention of the gathering and the elements/activities offered, this ceremony can be tailored to you and your circle of women to allow for your own authentic expression and desires to come through. It is an honor to facilitate these circles and I do it in partnership with fellow birthworker, Emi Samuelstuen. When you book a consult to inquire further, you will be able to meet with us both to learn more about what this offering entails.
